In our pursuit to be one of the best world-class healthcare facilities, we are going through a complete transformation of the hospital including major facility facelift and renovation, environment-of-care uplift, expansion of clinical space, growth of sub-specialty clinical programs, and robust quality and patient safety processes. 4. Critical Care Specialist [Adult]

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Medical Director & Departmental/Program Head, the position holders will:
• Deliver competent, compassionate, and efficient care to patients in their respective areas.
• Provide leadership in developing and up scaling of robust clinical services.
• Support the service & and respective relevant departmental goals and objectives.
• Drive and participate in patient safety standards in respective departments and the institution in accordance with the hospital’s quality guidelines.
• Teach and mentor interns and junior doctors.
• Support relevant research agenda.

Requirements
• Master’s Degree or Fellowship level training in respective field.
• A minimum of three (3) years of practice in respective field.
• Be registered and licensed with the Kenya Medical Practitioners' and Dentists' Council.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
